Description
Examine architectural, structural, mechanical, civil, electrical, and landscaping plans for accuracy, feasibility, alternative options, clashes, and dimensions.Validate Building Specification for material, subcontractor, and equipment requirements, while identifying potential conflicts within project documents.Supervise and organize the construction site, encompassing trailer setup, signage, material arrangement, vehicle entry, and temporary utility provisions.Establish an organized system for managing project plans, communication, correspondence, and subcontractor agreements.Implement safety protocols and relevant company initiatives to meet OSHA standards and ensure a secure work environment.Foster a positive client relationship, emphasizing critical path identification for meeting the owner's timeline expectations.Conduct regular project inspections, prioritizing owner's concerns and interests.Monitor labor productivity and promptly report any deviations from the original budget to the company.Calculate and analyze project material quantities based on construction documents, and communicate any deviations from budgeted quantities to the company.Execute the project's quality assurance program by thorough review, coordination, and implementation.Coordinate project layout and field conditions by reviewing and aligning shop drawings and construction documents across various disciplines.Oversee project punchlist completion across all disciplines to meet the requirements for obtaining a certificate of occupancy.Review submittal packagesConduct MEP meetingsProfile
