Bookkeeper

Full Time | 40 hours per week
8am - 5pm | Monday - Friday
Annual salary $50,000+ depending on experience
Direct Hire oppurtunity

Job Responsibilities

Invoicing

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Submit State and Federal gas tax reporting

Work in conjuction with the accountant

Successfully reconcile end of the month financial reports

Customer Service

Other duties upon request

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Minimum of associate degree in accounting

Minimum of 3 years in accounting

Able to multitask

Detail Orientated

Written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with accounting software
