We are looking for a Staff Accountant to support our growing finance team and help manage the complexities of multi-unit, multi-state accounting at our corporate headquarters in Malvern, PA.  Applicants should have a proven work history that demonstrates attention to detail and financial acumen in the accounting field.  Additionally, candidates should be able to work on multiple projects, manage their time efficiently, work with utmost integrity and protect the organization by keeping information confidential.

Responsibilities / Duties :

Prepare Customer monthly financial statements, reports, invoices and other records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.

Responsible for general ledger entries for assigned Customers. Review and process weekly purchase orders from assigned customers.

Review credit card and bank statements.

Research and reconcile all discrepancies. Auditing and verifying daily cash documents and credit card activity.

Complete monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Must have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree and at least 1 to 3 years of experience. Food Service a plus.

Strong Computer Skills. (Excel, Word, and ERP experience such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Accuracy in daily work and other projects.  Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Adherence to policies, procedures and instructions from the Director of accounting.

Ability to maintain good working relationships with field personnel and clients.

Ability to function as a team player.
