Weekend Admissions RN

JourneyCare Home Health is currently seeking a dedicated Admissions RN to join our home health team on a PRN Weekend basis. This field-based position is responsible for managing a caseload of patients in the Greater Chicago Area , providing skilled nursing services, coordinating care, and supporting patients on their road to recovery in the comfort of their homes.

Location : Greater Chicago Area (high travel required)

Hourly : $38.46 - $50.48
