Description
Performs basic and critical respiratory care services. Has the ability to work well without supervision as well as maintain supervision over others, as delegated. Provides respiratory care services for the adult and geriatric patient. Provides respiratory care for patients with respiratory disease, as ordered by the physician and in accordance with current department policies concerning all phases of respiratory therapy. Completes paperwork, electronic medical records, flow sheets, and charges for each patient.
This department provides services to patients aged 18 and younger with cardiorespiratory impairments in the acute care setting. Services consist of treatment interventions to administer aerosolized medication and facilitate secretion clearance, to support ventilation through invasive and non-invasive devices, and to provide critical monitoring inclusive of gas exchange, oxygenation, and other physiologic metrics.
Requirement
Night Shift - NICU RRT REQUIREMENTS :
1.They must have neonatal intubation experience, Labor and Delivery experience.
2.They must have worked with a high frequency oscillator.3.The must be able to manage ventilated neonates.4.They must have labor and delivery room experience.5. They must be able to do inhaled nitric oxide 6. Must be able to go on patient transport
