What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests and staff at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist with maintaining order at the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the hotel and resort property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or behaviors.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Support emergency preparedness by being familiar with evacuation routes and procedures specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
