Job descriptionPerform express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential issues Accurately document all work performed in DMS software Communicate clearly with customers about services performed, pricing, and timelines Work efficiently to meet express service timelines while maintaining high-quality standards Collaborate with service advisors and the service team to ensure smooth workflow Maintain a clean and safe work environment Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and explaining vehicle maintenance clearly Previous automotive technician experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced express service environment Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude Computer proficiency with DMS or scheduling software Team-oriented with strong organizational skills Energetic, dependable, and ready to provide top-notch service Upload your resume and complete the online assessment for immediate consideration!
