Schedule : 4 x 10-hour shifts per week

Call Ratio : 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month. Must be proficient in OB if taking call.

EMR : EPIC

Required Skills & Procedures : Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound guided procedures. PICC line not required but preferred.

Types of cases : Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB / GYN, and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spine.

Licenses and Certifications : Oregon CRNA license, Board Certification, DEA preferred
