Are you a passionate LMHC who values deep clinical work, meaningful connection, and being part of a genuinely supportive team? We’re seeking a licensed mental health counselor to join our growing boutique practice where clinical excellence meets warmth, humanity, and a true family vibe.

This is not a high-volume, factory-style therapy job. This is a role for someone who wants to feel rooted, valued, and supported while doing powerful work with clients.

✨ The Role

• Provide high-quality individual therapy via telehealth
• Full-time position : 30 clients per week
• We are able to build your caseload to 30 clients per week in two months or less
• Supervise up to 5 clinical supervisees at a time
• Participate in weekly team meetings focused on group supervision, collaboration, learning, and connection
• Contribute your voice, wisdom, and presence to a practice that values both professionalism and heart
