SERVPRO of NW Ventura County/Tarzana/Reseda/Woodland Hills is hiring an Office Manager!As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing, training, and motivating the SERVPRO® office team. You will oversee all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure employment best practices and compliance
• Manage the training and development plans for office team
• Oversee performance management for office team
• Deliver financial reporting as needed
• Verify and analyze franchise performance reports
• Assist with office staffing and compensation plan as needed

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• At least 2 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 3 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail

Skills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesThis is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
