Key Responsibilities :

• Assess, monitor, and document maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery.
• Provide direct patient care including pain management, medication administration, and emotional support.
• Assist with labor and delivery procedures, including emergency interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families about labor processes, postpartum care, and newborn care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and safety standards.
• Participate in continuing education and competency assessments to maintain clinical expertise.
