We're looking for a self-motivated, hands-on team player to join our consulting team. In this role, you'll help customers implement and maximize the value of our Replicon product, guiding them from point of sale through post-go-live support. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers, foster long-term relationships, and expand your professional network within the industry.

What You'll Bring :

• Prior experience implementing Timetracking , HRIS or other ERP software solutions is preferred.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and internal teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the creativity to navigate challenges and deliver solutions.

What You Can Expect :

You'll report to the Director of Deltek Professional Services and work closely with our Project Management Office. While travel may be required, it is variable and flexible, with consideration for work-life balance in today's post-COVID environment.

5+ years of experience in implementation and / or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong understanding of Time tracking principles for payroll, project time billing , and project management practices.

A proven ability to apply knowledge effectively in customer-focused, project-driven environments.

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $57000.00 - $99750.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
