Step into a role that keeps products moving and teams humming. As an Inventory Fulfillment Associate I, you’ll help keep our Hartland operation running smoothly by supporting daily picking and receiving so orders are accurate and on time.

Compensation

Pay : $17.00 per hour (without forklift experience)

A Day in This Role

You’ll arrive ready to organize priorities, then :

• Pick items and prepare shipments—loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and staging for delivery or pickup.
• Receive inbound stock—unload, label, and store materials in the right locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment and handle basic preventative maintenance to keep tools in good working order.
• Coordinate with supervisors and teammates to meet goals and resolve issues quickly.
• Follow established procedures, quality standards, and all safety and compliance rules.
• Pitch in with related tasks as needed.
