Job Description

• Assist with project planning and management from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Oversee the procurement of construction materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between team members and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to budgeting and cost estimation processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have :

• A background in construction and property.
• Experience in Commercial, Multifamily, Education, Heath care is preferred
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
