📍 Location : Hybrid – Dimondale, MI ( Local candidates only; onsite 2 days / week )

Top Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years – Oracle / SAP ERP experience managing global ERP programs, leading 20+ member teams, and overseeing $750M+ budgets
• 7+ years – IT Project Management using industry-standard methodologies & best practices
• 7+ years – Managing budgets, schedules, change requests, risks & issues with a strong on-time / on-budget delivery track record
• 7+ years – Executive-level project status reporting
• 5+ years – Experience with project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity )
• 5+ years – Advanced expertise with MS Project
• 5+ years – Managing diverse stakeholders and system owners across departments
• 5+ years – Overseeing technical teams, system architecture & SaaS solution integrations
• 5+ years – IT PM experience with COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) solutions
• 5+ years – Managing multi-vendor environments within government agencies
• 5+ years – Creating & maintaining large integrated project schedules ( 5,000+ tasks )
• 5+ years – Prior Developer or Senior Technical Project Manager background
