Provide direct patient care in physical therapy (IP / OP). Recruit, mentor, and evaluate therapy staff, volunteers, and students. Develop therapy programs and explore new market opportunities. Ensure compliance, documentation, and quality assurance standards are met. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team. Drive budget, efficiency, and patient-centered outcomes. What We’re Looking For Required : Degree in Physical Therapy (B.A. / B.S., M.A. / M.S., or DPT). Current PT license (or ability to obtain in NM). Preferred : 5+ years of therapy experience. - Salary : Up to $130,000 / year (DOE)
Bonuses : $10,000+ sign-on / retention bonus + $1,000 / month housing allowance for first 6 months
Schedule : Full-time
