General Function : Provides prompt and friendly service to customers and assists them when necessary. Operates cash register, replenishes supplies, and assists with cleaning tables.

Reporting Relations : Accountable and Reports to : District Store Director; Store Manager; Assistant Managers of HWH, Perishables, Store Operations and eCommerce, Service Managers

Physical Requirements :

Working Conditions : This position is frequently exposed to temperature extremes and dampness. There are possible equipment movement hazards, electrical shock, and exposure to cleaning chemicals and solvents. This is a fast paced work environment.

Equipment Used to Perform Job : Pallet jack, box cutter, cash registers, trash compactor, calculator, telephone, intercom, cardboard compactor, copier, fax (within wage and hour guidelines).

Contacts : Has daily contact with customers, co-workers, suppliers / vendors, and the general public.

The anticipated hourly starting wage for this position is $16.00 to $20.00 depending on experience.
