Position : Guide Upper Elementary Mixed Age Class (Ages 7-12) or Guide for Middle School Mixed Age Class (Ages 12-14)

We are seeking a Full-Time Guide (see our site on how it differs from Teacher) to work with our learners . Our Guides have the opportunity to grow quickly and take on a leadership role on our campus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Guide young people on their independent journey of lifelong learning by asking insightful questions.
• Lead Socratic discussions and work with the Acton Academy SV learning design, processes, and systems.
• Equip our Learners to explore and take ownership of their learning, monitor progress, and create life-oriented projects that nurture curiosity.
• Commit to personal and professional growth by attending self-paced online and in-person offsite training.

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year based on experience

Benefits :

Schedule : Monday to Friday, some Saturday’s for special school events.
