The Product and Engineering team at SmithRx is developing the next-generation modern pharmacy benefits management (PBM) platform that will change how companies administer and manage pharmacy benefits. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy and execution of our Medicare Part D and Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP) product line. This role is essential to our mission of driving innovation in the modern PBM landscape and will help ensure that our offerings are competitive, compliant and deliver optimal value to our clients and their members. In this role, you will utilize your deep understanding of CMS regulations, the dynamics of the retiree health market and the ability to translate complex regulatory and market requirements into scalable, tech-driven product solutions. You will be the primary subject matter expert at SmithRx guiding cross-functional teams and senior leadership to navigate the evolving Part D landscape.
