• Provide comprehensive nursing care according to the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families with sensitivity and respect.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol, while effectively monitoring for side effects and treatment efficacy.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient health histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and offer education to patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring all concerns are addressed.
