Key Responsibilities :
- Exhibit the competencies of a self-leader, fostering collaboration and support amongst peers.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care according to the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families with sensitivity and respect.
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol, while effectively monitoring for side effects and treatment efficacy.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient health histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
- Assess learning needs and offer education to patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring all concerns are addressed.
Requirements :
Education and Skills :
Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.Newly hired RNs will participate in a New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.New hires will be assigned a preceptor to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Completion of annual competency verification is mandatory.Experience :
One year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred.Licenses and Certifications :
