The Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all FOH operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include :
Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiencesLead, coach, and inspire front of house team to maintain high service standardsCollaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service teamsManage staff scheduling, shift coverage, and payroll compliance to meet labor cost targetsEnforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure compliance with local and state codesHandle guest feedback with professionalism, resolving complaints and ensuring repeat patronageAnalyze performance metrics such as sales reports, labor percentages, and customer satisfaction data to improve efficiency and profitabilityFoster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the restaurant’s brand valuesBACKGROUND PROFILE :
