Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Caregiver

What You'll Be Doing : As an LPN, your primary responsibilities will include :

• Providing direct nursing care with compassion and expertise
• Administering medications and treatments as per healthcare providers' directives
• Monitoring and documenting residents' vital signs and overall health
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans
• Offering wound care and other necessary nursing interventions
• Supervising Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in care delivery
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards

This position offers :

• Full-time day (7a-3p) and evening (3p-11p) shifts available
• Part-time and per diem opportunities
• Competitive pay with weekly pay cycles
• Sign-On Bonus of $5,000 for full-time and $2,500 for part-time roles
