Director of Global PMO

A company is looking for a Director, Global PMO.

Key Responsibilities

Own the success and health of the implementation portfolio, proactively identifying risks and ensuring client satisfaction

Lead project managers in accountability and deep project inspection, guiding them in tracking performance and resolving issues

Translate strategic goals into actionable project management plans and optimize processes to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a B2B SaaS environment

Proven track record of improving project outcomes using data and metrics

Experience managing complex, multi-product enterprise software implementations

Customer-centric leadership with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction scores

PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred
