Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth andachieve sales targets in the PPE market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providingproduct training, support, and guidance in the PPE industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channelpartners to deliver value-added solutions in the PPE market
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction througheffective account management in the PPE industry
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback toidentify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth in the PPE market
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives in thePPE industry, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

The annual base salary range for this position is

    YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in accountmanagement or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts anddriving revenue growth in the PPE industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers andinternal stakeholders in the PPE industry
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
