Job description

Our client is currently seeking a Physical Therapist in Houston, TX to start ASAP!

  • W2 contract (3+ months)
  • Benefits available
  • Typical Work Hours : Days 36+ hours / week
  • Practice Setting : SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility)
  • On-call : No

This job will have the following responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare professionals and family members.

    • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Valid PT license in the state of Texas
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Availability to start ASAP
