Burgess Elite Care is hiring licensed  Registered Nurses (RN)  and  Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)  to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes throughout the Atlanta area. Join our caring team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

What You’ll Do :

Perform skilled nursing assessments and develop care plans

Administer medications, wound care, and other nursing treatments

Monitor patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Educate patients and families on health management

Document all care accurately and timely

What We’re Looking For :

Active RN or LPN license in Georgia

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)

Reliable transportation for home visits

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
