Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute category strategies for cost optimization and quality across various service categories
Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, driving performance through reviews and improvement initiatives
Lead negotiations and contracting processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with project requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred
5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or commercial project management, preferably in data centers or construction services
Proven expertise in negotiating complex service agreements and managing supplier performance
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
