Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Fast Food, Fuel Stations, Car Washes)

San Diego, CA | Full-Time | Local General Contractor

We are a San Diego-based general contractor specializing in fast food restaurants, fuel stations, and car washes. Our team has built for well-known clients such as Jack in the Box, Popeyes, Del Taco, ARCO, and AMPM. We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee projects from start to finish.

About the Role :

The Project Manager will be responsible for turnkey project delivery — from initial bidding and estimating through construction management, closeout, and turnover. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of commercial restaurant construction.

What You'll Do :

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout
• Prepare bids and estimates; oversee contract awards and subcontractor issuance
• Coordinate with field superintendents and ensure schedules and budgets are met
• Review and process change orders, RFIs, and payment applications
• Maintain accurate project documentation and cost tracking in Master Builder
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team
