Job descriptionConvenient access across Western North Carolina Breathtaking mountain scenery Numerous opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking, zip lining, and white-water rafting Quaint historical towns with unique shops, art galleries, and varied restaurants Fresh produce from local farmers markets and U-pick options Seasonal special events to engage in Provide direct and indirect rehabilitation services in acute care, inpatient, and outpatient settings, including patient evaluation, treatment planning, and care implementation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assist patients in recovering and achieving their functional goals. Supervise and mentor other staff members, such as Physical Therapist Assistants and interns, while fostering an environment of exceptional customer service. Ensure all services comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as accreditation standards. Conducting thorough evaluations and creating tailor-made treatment plans. Documenting patient progress accurately and in a timely manner, following established standards. Engaging with patients and families for optimal education and understanding of treatment plans. Participating in performance improvement activities and supporting departmental quality initiatives. Doctorate in Physical Therapy Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS)
