Digital Designer

Will work under the guidance of the Art Directors on interactive projects on the CEROS platform. Develop concepts and designs aligned with strategic business goals and accessibility standards. Design according to specific brand guidelines. Collaborate with team members. Multi-task, prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently. Manage multiple projects with changing deadlines. Perform image searching, retouching, and manipulation. Be a self-starter capable of delivering creative ideas. Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible. Show extraordinary attention to detail. Motion Responsibilities :

Have a strong foundation in design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout. Enhance concepts with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D. Tell compelling stories through creative assets and visual interactions. Perform image searching, retouching, and manipulation. Design according to brand guidelines. Develop concepts considering strategic goals and accessibility. Organize and maintain files with best practices for version control and naming conventions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, and marketing managers throughout project phases. Ideal Candidate :

Associate’s Degree, B.A / B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferred. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), CEROS, wireframing, interactive builds, UI / UX, and HTML / CSS. Minimum of 1 year of digital design experience. The target hiring compensation range is $40.68 to $45.20 per hour, based on education, experience, certifications, and location. About Aquent Talent :
