Remote LVN / LPN

JOB DESCRIPTION

A healthcare client in the San Francisco area is looking to hire FULLY REMOTE LVN (licensed vocational nurse) or LPNs (licensed practical nurse) with California licensure.

These individuals will be in charge of meeting with around 15 patients a day for 20 minutes to go over the patients care plan and medications, followed by strict documentation for Medicare compliance. He or she will have weekly check ins with the supervising RN.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday (9AM to 5PM)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• CA state license, multistate is a bonus (TX, NV, AZ)
• Experience working in neurological care, geriatric, PCM / CCM
• Medicare programs
• Background knowledge in Medicare compliance
• Telehealth experience
