The unit consists of 16 beds and typically has 5 staff members during shifts. Staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 floor nurses, and 2 technicians on day and night shifts. Patient ratios are 1 : 4. The Electronic Medical Record system used is Meditech. Candidates should possess ACLS certification to be considered for this role. Experience in a Progressive Care Unit is required. Please note that there are no specified preferred skills or typical procedures listed for this unit. The dress code requires scrubs in royal blue. Unit guidelines and policies indicate a need for calling in before 5 AM or 5 PM for any absences. Shifts are scheduled with a maximum of 4 shifts per week.
