Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical marketing engineers and customer success specialists.
- Set team goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability for customer satisfaction, product adoption, and engagement metrics.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-first team culture that combines technical expertise with proactive relationship management.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
Customer Success & Enablement (Post-sales)
Serve as an executive sponsor for key customer accounts, overseeing deployment, usage, and success of solutions like ICT, Boundary Scan, Wirebond Test, and PMA Manufacturing Data Analytics.Develop onboarding programs, technical documentation, and training resources.Analyze usage data and feedback to identify risks or upsell opportunities; lead strategic account reviews and QBRs.Create technical content such as application notes, success stories, training materials, demos, and presentations.Coordinate with support and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.Technical Marketing & Product Strategy (Pre-sales)
Manage technical positioning and messaging for Keysight’s test and analytics solutions in global campaigns and GTM initiatives.Collaborate with product management and R&D to incorporate customer insights during roadmap discussions, requirements definition, and product validation.Produce technical content including white papers, application notes, training, demos, and competitive studies.Support product launches and sales enablement with technical expertise.Cross-functional & External Engagement
Partner with sales, solution engineers, industry teams, and partners to drive customer engagement and solution adoption globally.Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and webinars as a thought leader.Promote collaboration among sales, marketing, engineering, and external vendors to ensure a cohesive customer experience.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.10+ years in technical marketing, customer success, field applications, or product management.Proven experience in managing and scaling technical teams.Deep knowledge of Keysight ICT (3070 or similar), Boundary Scan, and PathWave Manufacturing Analytics.Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, DFT / DFM, test strategies, and data analytics.Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.J-18808-Ljbffr
