Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Nurse Manager, your role will be to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing the daily operations and staffing of the critical care unit. You will monitor and evaluate nursing care based on established policies, holding staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes while supporting the facility's goals.
