At least 6 months of verifiable OTR experience

Trucks are no Older than 4 years old and have APU & Inverters in them

No SAP Drivers

Solo Pay : $63,480 to $80,100 Per Year

Trainers Pay : $ 75,080 to $88,400 Per Year.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 23 years of age
• At least 6 months of verifiable OTR experience.
• Driver trainee must be school graduate with 85 or above Road Test Score and GPA, and successfully complete a complete road-driving test with DHT

Must have a Class A CDL

No reckless or careless driving convictions within the last 3 years

Must have no DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years – never in a commercial vehicle

Felony convictions to be determined by a Review Board on an individual basis in accordance with FCRA rules and regulations

Must satisfactorily complete DHT pre-employment processing (written test, road test, physical examination, substance and alcohol screen)

Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries and to make entries on reports and records according to DOT 39.11(b)(2)
