Job Overview

The Vice President (VP), Learning Solutions will serve as the strategic leader for the system’s learning and development agenda. This role is responsible for designing and delivering world-class learning experiences that accelerate system performance, foster talent growth, and enable a culture of continuous learning. The role will oversee enterprise learning strategies, onboarding, learning technologies, and the adoption of cutting‑edge adult learning practices including the integration of AI, data‑driven personalization, and immersive learning methods. This role will partner with senior executives to ensure learning is a competitive advantage for the organization.

Reports to

• The Vice President, Learning Solutions reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Talent Management, RWJBarnabas Health.
