Weekend Warrior Shuttle Driver

Printpack in Marshall, North Carolina is looking for a Weekend Warrior Shuttle Driver. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely operating vehicles to transport materials between locations while ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations and safety protocols. This position combines traditional truck driving responsibilities with specialized knowledge of bulk material handling and transfer operations while maintaining strict safety and regulatory compliance. This position reports to the Shipping Supervisor / Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate designated motor vehicles for transporting Printpack merchandise between locations
• Perform and document pre-trip safety inspections on vehicles
• Load and unload trucks, managing proper material handling procedures
• Transport solvents according to safety protocols and regulations
• Verify and manage documentation including manifests and Bills of Lading
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
• Ensure proper placarding of trailers and emergency response information
• Operate vehicles safely and legally on public roads
• Report traffic accidents or incidents involving vehicle damage promptly
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
• Maintain current Class C Driver license. Must be able to obtain a D.O.T. Health Card
• Other tasks as assigned
