Location Type : This is a hybrid role requiring the ability to be onsite at our headquarters in Holland MI.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will manage full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers. This role also includes ownership of our internship program from hiring and onboarding to career fair coordination and curriculum development.

How Youll Make an Impact :

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for assigned positions including sourcing screening interviewing and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage the internship / coop program including :

Recruiting and onboarding interns.
