Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager to work closely with the CEO to ensure smooth execution of all projects, including product launches. Key Responsibilities Manage project timelines, KPIs, and ensure cross-departmental alignment for product launches Act as the primary liaison between departments and the CEO, updating on project progress and resource needs Evaluate and improve project management processes, addressing challenges in supply chain logistics and compliance Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in leading cross-departmental projects in remote settings Strong cross-functional leadership and organizational skills Experience with projects involving tangible products in offline retail and e-commerce Preferred experience collaborating with teams in the U.S. and China Familiarity with product development, marketing, and supply chain processes
