The MU Student Health Center (SHC) is part of the University of Missouri (MU) -Columbia's Student Health & Well-Being (SHWB) department within Student Affairs. SHWB encompasses a comprehensive network of care, which includes the Counseling Center, Student Health Center, and the Wellness Resource Center, all conveniently located on the campus of the University of Missouri.

The SHC offers a variety of services to support the health and well-being of MU students in our newly renovated "state-of-the-art" clinic space in Pershing Hall. These services include, but are not limited to primary care, reproductive health, travel consultation, on-site psychiatric and mental health services, case management, and an on-site point of care laboratory for quick results. Additionally, SHC administers, monitors, and tracks vaccines to contribute to campus and community wide public health efforts. SHC has a vast network of specialty healthcare providers that we work with to ensure patient receive the best and appropriate care possible for their condition.

Job Description

The Physician Assistant's role is vital in advancing our mission and will involve the following responsibilities :

Shift

Monday - Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

It is expected that this position will present to SHC at 8 : 00 AM and work to 5 : 00 PM, unless otherwise instructed by the Medical Director. Of note, this position may occasionally require evening and weekend hours to support SHC activities and programs. Occasionally, division and campus projects may also require additional hours beyond the regular schedule.

Salary Range : $90,251 - $120,000 with consideration of a recruiting incentive.
