Pulmonologist

Description

Woodhull Medical Center, a leading teaching affiliate of NYU Grossman School of Medicine located in Brooklyn, NY, is actively seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine to join our expanding team.

This position offers a flexible balance of inpatient and outpatient responsibilites, allowing for a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience. Woodhull Medical Center is conveniently accessible via public transportation, and parking accomodations for those who require them.

Position Overview :

• Engage in outpatient services (~50%) and inpatient care (~50%), including rotational ICU and overnight call responsibilities
• Provide Medical ICU and step-down coverage
• Perform procedures such as indwelling pleural catheters and robotic bronchoscopy
• Manage Inpatient pulmonary consults.
• Contribute to the education of over 70 internal medicine residents and medical students
