Position Overview :

We’re seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-energy kitchen. You’ll work closely with our chef team to ensure every dish meets our standards for flavor, presentation, and quality.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and execute dishes according to recipes and presentation standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during high-volume shifts

Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties as needed

Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and management

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience in a full-service restaurant

Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Excellent attention to detail and consistency

Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Food Handler’s certification preferred
