Imagine360 is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator to join the team! This role is ideal for someone interested in learning the operational and technical aspects of health insurance solutions, including reference-based pricing, third-party administration (TPA) services, and custom program delivery.
Position Location : 100% remote
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Maintain deep and current knowledge of the company's products, services, sales tools, and quoting process. Develop and maintain internal sales resources including :
Sales resource homepage and site
Product GuidesSales Process DocumentationAct as a point of contact for sales representatives regarding complex customer requests - includes new networks, custom plan setups, and operational challengesCollaborate across teams to develop strategies, providing product information, and answering client questions to drive salesServe as a liaison to help document, execute, and monitor Custom Sales Programs & Partnerships and ensure consistent execution across sales, product, marketing, finance and other internal departmentsSupport all phases of product development, rollouts, updates, and maintenance including :Ensure all sales materials, tools, and trainings are completed to meet rollout deadlines
Solicit feedback from Sales team and stakeholders and communicate to appropriate internal teamsCollaborate cross-functionally to identify and support processes that promote efficiency and effectivenessTrack tasks, manage timelines, and ensure effective and efficient execution of projects to meet deadlinesRequired Experience / Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field-or equivalent work experience.2 years of experience in a business analyst, operations, product support, or sales-oriented role.Experience in the health insurance industry, especially reference-based pricing or TPA models preferred.Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) preferred.Skills and Abilities :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to communicate technical or complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.What can Imagine360 offer you?
