At Office Depot, the Retail Store Supervisor role is a full-time position that focuses on providing comprehensive solutions to our customers across various areas, including Technology, Services, Furniture, and Print offerings. The Store Supervisor demonstrates a strong passion for the brand, technology products, furniture, services, print, and other services / products we offer. They effectively utilize Office Depot's proven sales principles to proactively engage customers and drive sales of our complete range of offerings. The Store Supervisor will support a customer-centric environment, engagement with the local community, all while contributing to a positive culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values of Customer, Commitment, Change, Caring, and Creativity. Additionally, the Store Supervisor is responsible for training other associates on Technology products, selling techniques, attachments, services and driving sales.

The Store Supervisor must be able to work a flexible schedule that aligns with business needs, inclusive of the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. In addition, Full-Time Supervisor positions must be able to perform External Key Carrier responsibilities which include but are not limited to opening and closing responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Sales and Service Excellence :

Foster a culture that builds trust, brand loyalty and exceptional client service delivery.

Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to store associates, including Print Services associates.

Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards.

Maintain the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of other managers.
