Job Title : Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Location : Charlotte, NC

Experience : Minimum 4+ years

About Us : I am partnered with a well known, well-established law firm looking to add a commercial real estate attorney to their team.

Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney with at least 4 years of experience to join our Norfolk, VA office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate contracts, leases, and related documents

Conduct due diligence and title review for property transactions

Advise clients on legal aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes

Stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations in Virginia and surrounding areas

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in NC

Minimum 4 years of commercial real estate legal experience

Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, contracts, and financing

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
