JOB SUMMARY :

The Sr. Manufacturing Technician Role is crucial in ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with quality standards. This is a direct hands-on position that involves a range of tasks that support the production process, including hands on manufacturing complex products and supporting production demand.

Key Responsibilities :

Manufacturing & Assembly :

• Sr Level Technician responsible for producing and optimizing more complex instrumentation Builds
• Follows work instructions for production builds including Visual aids, bills of materials, schematics and blueprints
• Produce product assemblies according to established processes, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure product quality standards are achieved by adhering to all written procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure quality standards are adhered to throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure that any defects incurred during the process are identified and segregated.
• Ability to Cross train on multiple products with the ability to flex where needed.
• Work with team members to collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives relating to production.
• Ensure that all machines and tools used are maintained in accordance with company protocols
• Perform additional duties beyond the scope of work upon request.
