Senior Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly book closing activities, including journal entries and financial statements

Assist with SEC reporting, independent audit, and Sarbanes-Oxley activities

Oversee all accounting functions and support the preparation of financial reports and analyses

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent; MBA or CPA preferred

Experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical company is strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of accounting and finance operations, particularly in clinical development

Experience with ERP systems related to accounting functions

Experience supervising others in a direct or dotted line function
