We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team at an asphalt plant. This role involves outdoor work with responsibilities such as heavy lifting, walking, and minimal climbing. The position requires the use of hand tools, including shovels and rakes, and may involve some light equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties including cleaning up supplies and moving materials.
• Assist Heavy Equipment Operators (HEOs) as needed.
• Work on construction and roadway projects, ensuring the site is clean and organized.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
