Job description

Korn Ferry is engaged in a search for Configuration Workflow Technical Analyst with experience in Financial Services, specifically Wealth Management.

We are seeking a Technical Analyst with hands-on experience in low-code platforms and workflow automation. You will support configuration, testing, and deployment of client-specific features within the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure workflows and interfaces using low-code tools to align with client requirements.
Work with the product and engineering teams to ensure implementation quality.
Analyze process inefficiencies and recommend solutions using automation.
Support user acceptance testing and training.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience with low-code platforms (, Appian, ServiceNow, Mendix, or similar).

Experience in process automation and business rules configuration.

Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into workflows.
