Job description

Work Schedule :

70% FTE, part time. Day / Evening hours. Monday-Friday, every other weekend and three holidays / year. You will work at the UW Health Immediate Care in Rockford, IL.

Additional components of compensation may include :

  • Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
  • Overtime
  • On-call pay

    • Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and / or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

    • Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in phlebotomy and / or healthcare. Preferred

    • Licenses & Certifications

  • CPR Required
